Drone Detail

The drone detail page is the deepest view of a single aircraft. Open it by clicking a card on My Drones or Monitoring.

Header#

• Drone name (serial).
• Status badge: Active / Inactive.
• Block status: Blocked / Unblocked (OEM-controlled).
• For OEM-blocked drones: an explanation badge.
• For factory-released drones: "Released {date} - {via}".

Tabs#

The page is organized into four tabs:

Tab	What it shows
Overview	Identification, status, dates, flight activity.
Support	Tickets opened against this drone.
Flight Log	Per-flight history with PDF export.
Settings	Flight authority management.

Overview tab#

Identification card#

Field	Description
Serial Number	Hardware serial.
Product Number	Product SKU.
Model	Drone model name.
Firmware Version	Current firmware on the airframe.

Status card#

Field	Description
Status	Active / Inactive.
Block Status	Blocked / Unblocked.

Dates card#

Field	Description
Manufactured At	Date the drone was built.
Activated At	Date the drone was activated by the dealer / customer.
Created At	Internal record creation date.
Updated At	Last modification.

Flight activity card#

Aggregates for the last 30 days with a delta vs. the previous 30:

• Flight hours
• Flights (count)
• Covered area (acres or hectares)
• Spray applied (gal or L)

Period text: "Period: {from} - {to}". Delta suffix: "vs. previous period".

If flight data can't be loaded: "Could not load flight metrics for this drone."

Support tab#

Lists tickets attached to this drone with:

• Status filter: All Status / Triage / Open / Reopened / Resolved / Closed.
• Sort: Newest / Oldest / Highest Priority / Lowest Priority.
• Search by title or ID.

Each ticket shows priority badge, status badge, drone, requester, and updated-at.

Empty state: "No tickets found — This drone has no recorded support tickets yet."

Flight Log tab#

The full flight history. See Flight Records & Reports for full detail. Highlights:

• Date filters: Start date / End date. Range can't exceed 92 days (~3 months).
• Columns: Flight date, Field name (plan), Flight time, Status (Completed / In progress).
• Bulk select to generate a multi-flight report.
• Generate report opens the unit selection (acres or hectares) and produces a PDF.

Settings tab#

Flight Authority section#

Grant or revoke flight permission for pilots in this account.

• No pilots registered: "No pilots registered for this account."
• No pilots authorized: "No pilots authorized yet. Add a pilot to grant flight permission."

Actions:

• Add Pilot — opens the Add Pilot drawer.
• Per-pilot: Add Authority / Remove Authority.

Alerts:

• Success grant: "Access granted — Flight authority was successfully granted."
• Success revoke: "Access revoked — Flight authority was successfully revoked."
• Error: "Failed to {grant|revoke} flight authority."

Add Pilot drawer#

• Search by name or email...
• Grant Access action on each row.
• Status: Authorized badge on pilots already authorized.
• Empty states: "No pilots found for this search." / "No pilots registered in this account."
