My Drones

Your full drone inventory, with cards, filters, and quick actions per aircraft.

Pilot
Farmer

My Drones is the full inventory of every drone in the active account. Use it when you want to find a specific aircraft, browse the fleet, or perform a quick action.

Layout

  • Header: search input, breadcrumb back to Home, filter chips, and a "N Drones available" count.
  • Card grid: one card per drone.

Filters

  • All Drones
  • Operating Drones — currently active.
  • Ready to Fly Drones
  • Do Not Fly Drones

Empty state

When no drones match the current filter you'll see "No drones found".

Per-drone card

Each card surfaces:

  • Drone name / serial.
  • Status badge (Active / Inactive / Blocked).
  • Readiness (Ready / Caution / Do not Fly).
  • A summary line with key identifiers.

Card actions

Click the action menu (three dots, or right-click) for:

  • View on Map — opens the drone's last-known location.
  • Manage Pilots — opens a drawer to grant / revoke flight authority. See Grant Flight Authority.
  • Access Logs — opens the Flight Log tab on the drone detail page.
  • Orbit Mode — a controller-side maintenance / showcase mode.
  • View Details — full drone detail page.

Manage Pilots drawer

Opening Manage Pilots shows:

  • Drone Info: Device ID, Model, Serial Number, Product Number.
  • Assigned Pilots list — the pilots currently linked to this drone.
  • Search by name or email to find users in the account.
  • Add Pilot action.

For each assigned pilot, row actions:

  • Edit — change permissions for this pilot on this drone.
  • Remove — remove the pilot from this drone.
  • Add / Remove Authority — toggle the actual flight authority (separate from being "assigned").

Success alerts confirm grant / revoke operations:

  • Flight authority added successfully.
  • Flight authority removed successfully.

Search matches against:

  • Serial Number
  • Product Number

Partial matches work — typing "GT-2024" filters to every drone whose serial starts with GT-2024.

Permissions

  • All roles can view My Drones.
  • Owner / Administrator can manage pilots on any drone.
  • Member / Pilot can view but not manage (except their own assignments).
