Monitoring

The live readiness board — every drone in the account with status, badges, and quick actions.

The Monitoring screen is the live, real-time view of every drone tied to the active account. Status changes propagate within a few seconds of the underlying event.

Layout

A header with search and filters, then a grid of drone cards.

  • Search: filter by serial number.
  • Status badges (clickable to filter):
    • Active
    • Inactive
    • Blocked

Per-drone card

Each card shows:

  • Drone name (typically the serial number).
  • Readiness badge — one of:
    • Ready to Fly (green)
    • Fly with Caution (amber)
    • Do not Fly (red)
    • Offline (gray)
  • Dealers badge if the drone is currently linked to a dealer service order.
  • Acres (or hectares) covered total.
  • Activation date ("Activated Jul 2026").

A pagination control (Load more) reveals more cards if your account has dozens of drones.

When no drones match the current filter:

Real-time updates

The board updates as the underlying state changes:

  • Telemetry messages from a controller trigger readiness recalculations.
  • Maintenance flags pushed by the OEM appear within seconds.
  • New tickets attached to a drone update the dealer badge.

There's no manual refresh needed.

What Monitoring is for

  • Coordinating multiple aircraft in flight at the same time.
  • Detecting drone offline events promptly.
  • Spotting status flips mid-flight (Ready → Caution → Do not Fly).

What Monitoring is not

  • It is not a remote controller. You cannot send commands from this screen.
  • It is not a live map. Per-flight GPS routes appear post-flight, on the drone detail page.
  • It does not stream first-person video.

Permissions

Every role can view Monitoring. The drones shown are scoped to the active account.
