Settings — System

The System Settings tab is where you configure portal behavior for the whole account. Only Owners and Administrators can edit; Members see a read-only view.

Sections#

Section	Purpose
General	Portal name, logo, measurement units.
Flight Readiness Rules	Battery thresholds and other readiness conditions.
Telemetry & Monitoring	What to record, polling rate.
Drone Settings	Per-account defaults for the fleet.
Prescription Map	Prescription module defaults.
Support Settings	Ticket routing defaults.
Notifications & Alerts	Goes to the Notifications tab.
Integrations	External systems (ERP, weather, accounting).
Security & Access	SSO, audit logs, IP allow-list.

General#

• Portal Name — what shows in the header. Defaults to your account name.
• Upload Logo — JPG or PNG, 400×400 px recommended.
  • Drop zone: "Drag and drop or click to upload".
  • Hint: "JPG or PNG with 400px x 400px".
• Measurement Units — Imperial (acres / gal / ft / lb) or Metric (hectares / L / m / kg). Drives every UI display and every PDF / shapefile export.

Flight Readiness Rules#

Battery Thresholds#

• Minimum (%) — the battery percentage below which the drone is marked Do not Fly unless the rule is overridden by the controller.
• Maximum (%) — the upper bound for battery temperature / cell mismatch detection.

These thresholds feed the readiness rules — see Flight Readiness for the full logic.

Other readiness rules (configurable per account, with sensible defaults):

• GPS satellite minimum.
• Compass calibration drift tolerance.
• Maintenance overdue window (days / flight hours).

Telemetry & Monitoring#

Defines:

• Telemetry polling rate.
• Which fields are recorded (default: all).
• Retention period (default: 1 year, longer available via dealer).

Drone Settings#

Account-wide defaults that new drones inherit on activation. Includes:

• Default swath width.
• Default minimum altitude.
• Default RTL battery threshold.

Prescription Map#

Account-wide defaults for the prescription module:

• Default zone count (Low / Medium / High).
• Default method (K-Means / Jenks / Quantile / Equal Interval).
• Default block size.
• Default prescription preset (Recovery / Maintenance / Neutral).

These show up as pre-selected values when an agronomist opens the wizard.

Support Settings#

• Default ticket priority.
• Default assignee (e.g., a specific dealership).
• Auto-close after N days resolved.

Integrations#

Connect external systems. Most farmers won't touch this — your dealer typically pre-configures it.

Security & Access#

• SSO configuration (Keycloak realm).
• Audit logs download (Owner only).
• IP allow-list (Owner only).

Permissions#

Action	Role
