Fleet Overview

Track every drone in your operation — utilization, maintenance, and readiness — from a single screen.

The fleet view is your at-a-glance answer to "What's the state of my drones today?". Three screens cover this: Dashboard (one-line summary), My Drones (per-drone cards), and Monitoring (live readiness for each).

Dashboard — the daily glance

Open Dashboard in the sidebar. The dashboard shows:

  • Total drones in the account.
  • Acres covered in the last 30 days (or hectares, depending on your unit setting).
  • Open support tickets count.
  • Most recent flights.

The Dashboard is a read-only snapshot. Drill into any card for detail.

My Drones — the inventory

My Drones is your full inventory. Every drone in the account is here, in card form.

Each card shows:

  • Drone name / serial number.
  • Status badge: Ready to Fly / Fly with Caution / Do not Fly / Offline.
  • Activation date (e.g., "Activated Jul 2026").
  • Acres covered to date.

Filters narrow the list:

  • All Drones
  • Operating Drones — currently active.
  • Ready to Fly Drones
  • Do Not Fly Drones

Search by Serial Number or Product Number.

Card actions (right-click or menu):

  • View on Map — opens the drone's most recent location in the map view.
  • Manage Pilots — opens a drawer to grant / revoke flight authority.
  • Access Logs — opens the Flight Log tab on the drone detail page.
  • Orbit Mode — a controller-side maintenance / showcase mode.
  • View Details — full drone detail page.

Monitoring — the live view

Monitoring is the live status board. Cards rearrange and update as the underlying readiness changes.

Use it when:

  • You're running multiple drones at the same time and want a single screen for status.
  • You're managing a service operation with several pilots in the field.
  • You want to spot the moment a drone goes Offline.

The page is real-time but is not a remote controller — you can't send commands to a drone from it.

Per-drone detail

Click any drone to open its detail page. Tabs:

  • Overview — identification, status, manufacture / activation dates, and a flight-activity chart (last 30 days vs. previous 30 days).
  • Support — tickets opened against this drone with filters and search.
  • Flight Log — every flight, with PDF report generation.
  • Settings — flight authority for this drone.

The Overview tab's flight stats card surfaces:

  • Flight hours
  • Number of flights
  • Covered area (ha or ac)
  • Spray applied (L or gal)

Each value is shown with a delta vs. the previous 30 days. A persistent downward trend on a single drone often indicates maintenance is creeping up.

Utilization across the fleet

The Dashboard rolls up utilization for the whole fleet. To compare individual drones:

  1. Open My Drones.
  2. Sort or filter cards by Acres covered.
  3. Drill into the top and bottom utilizers' detail pages and compare flight counts.

Aggregated cross-drone reports are on the roadmap. Today, this comparison is per-drone manual work.

When to retire / replace

The detail page's Overview → Status section surfaces:

  • Firmware Version — drones running old firmware should be updated before flying.
  • Manufactured At — for warranty conversations with the dealer.

Once a drone consistently lands in Fly with Caution or Do not Fly, talk to your dealer. A service order can be opened from the Support tab.
