Dashboard

Dealership home — KPIs for open service orders and pending warranty claims at a glance.

Dealer admin
Support staff

The Dashboard is the first screen after you pick a dealership account. It answers whether today's workload is under control before you open Drones or Support. The page title is Dashboard with the subtitle Overview of your dealership activity.

Who uses it

PersonaTypical use
Dealer adminMorning health check across service and warranty.
Support staffSee how many tickets and orders need attention before triage.

Technicians may land here briefly, but most diagnostic work happens on Drone Detail and Service Order Details.

KPI strip

The dashboard highlights two operational counters (each links to the relevant feature when you click the card):

Open service orders

Counts service orders that are not Completed or Cancelled — statuses such as Open, Diagnosing, Waiting Parts, Awaiting Approval, and In Progress. Use this to prioritize bench time before customers call back.

Claims pending

Summarizes warranty work still in flight: items classified as Warranty on open service orders plus batches in Draft or Submitted (Digital) that have not reached Approved, Rejected, or Completed. Click through to Warranty Claims or Warranty Claim Batches.

What the dashboard is not

The Dashboard is read-only summary — you do not edit drones, tickets, or orders from this page. It does not replace:

  • Support → Tickets for conversation and assignment.
  • Drones for registry and transfer actions.
  • Settings for users and territory.

If a KPI shows zero but you know work exists, confirm you are on the correct account via Switch Account (tier subtitle should match the dealership you expect).

Permissions

Every role signed in to the dealership can open Dashboard. Numbers are scoped to the active account-id in the URL; switching accounts refreshes all KPIs.
