Flight Reports

Flight Reports summarize one or more flights for a single drone — application area, volume, efficiency, and route maps. Technicians use them to validate customer complaints; admins attach them to warranty evidence packages.

Where to start#

1. Open Drone Detail → Flight log tab (Drone flight records).
2. Set Start date and End date (range cannot exceed 92 days).
3. Select flights with row checkboxes — Select all visible flights or per-row Select flight.
4. Click Generate report.

If nothing is checked, you see Select at least one flight — Check the records you want in the report and try again.

Flight log columns: Flight date, Plot / plan name, Flight time, Status (Completed, In progress).

Report page#

Page title: Flight report. Subtitle includes Chassis {serial} and Issued on {date}.

Area unit toggle#

Area unit switches display between:

• Hectares (metric) — totals labeled Total area (hectares); stats use hectares, liters, L/ha, meters.
• Acres (imperial) — Total area (acres); stats use acres, gal (US), gal/ac, feet.

The preference aligns with OEM measurement settings and persists for your session.

Sections#

• Flight Route map with Start / End legend.
• Flights list with time range begin: {date} - end: {date}.
• Per-flight stats: Flight time, Speed, Height, Battery consumed, Applied area, Applied volume (spray or seed), Efficiency, Swath width.

Aggregate KPIs at the top include Volume applied, Application rate, and area totals for the selected flights.

Export PDF#

Click Download report to generate a PDF (Generating PDF… while processing). Filename prefix: flight-report. Failure message: Failed to generate PDF. Please try again.

Limitations#

• Maximum lookback on the log tab is about three months (92 days).
• PDF maps show No map data for this plot when telemetry lacks coordinates.
• Some stats display … while loading and — when unavailable.
