Service Orders
Service order queue — status filters, sorting, create from tickets, and batch line-item selection.
Service Orders under Support → Service Orders track repair work tied to support tickets. Header: Service Orders with order count. Technicians advance diagnosis; Support staff open orders from tickets.

Primary status filter labels:
| API status | UI label |
|---|---|
OPEN | Open |
DIAGNOSING | Diagnosing |

Search and advanced filters
- Search — Search by ERP Quote ID
- Dealership, Customer account in Advanced Filters
- Date ranges: Created from/until, Updated from/until
- Sort by: ID, Status, Created at, Updated at with Ascending / Descending
- Page size
Table columns
Order ID, Ticket, Dealership, ERP Quote ID, Status, Auth Status, Items, Created at.
Empty: No service orders found.
Sorting workflow
Default sort is usually Updated at descending so active bench work floats to the top. Switch to Created at when auditing backlog age. Filter by Waiting Parts to find blocked orders.
Opening from a ticket
From Ticket details:
- Overview shows Linked service order or No service order linked to this ticket yet.
- Click Create service order — drawer requires Support Ticket (Search by ticket code...), optional ERP Quote ID.
- Create Service Order — success opens the new order.
Alternatively New Service Order on the list uses the same drawer.
Batch select on the list
Some list views support selecting multiple orders for bulk status review or export (policy-dependent). On the order Items tab, batch selection is primary — see Service Order Details for Select all items, Set as Warranty, and Delete Selected.
Quick actions
- Open a row → Service Order Details.
- Link back to ticket via Ticket Code meta field.
