Drone Management

Drone Management is the dealership fleet registry under Drones in the sidebar. The page header reads Drone Management with a count line such as "# Drones in the system." From here you register stock, find aircraft by serial, and open Drone Detail for service history.

Primary actions#

Action	UI label	Purpose
Bulk import	Import	Upload .csv or .xlsx (max 10 MB) to register many drones at once.
Single create	Add New Drones	Two-step drawer: drone information, then optional owner and Transfer type.
Row drill-down	View details (icon)	Opens Drone Detail for the selected row.

Import workflow#

1. Click Import → Import Drones.
2. Optionally Download Template as Download as CSV (.csv) or Download as Excel (.xlsx).
3. Drag a file into the drop zone (Drag and drop your file here).
4. Review Import preview columns: Serial Number, Product Number, Model, Name, Firmware, Owner Account ID, Transfer Type, Status.
5. Resolve validation errors, then Import Drones.

Add New Drones drawer#

• Step 1 of 2: Drone information — Name, Model, Product Number, Serial Number, Firmware Version.
• Step 2 of 2: Owner & transfer (optional) — Owner Account ID, Transfer type when an owner is set.

Success alert: Drone created.

Search and filters#

Quick filters#

• Search drones by name, model or serial number — primary search box.
• Status preset: All Drones, Active Drones, Inactive Drones.
• All Status / Active / Inactive.
• All Block Status / Blocked / Unblocked.

Advanced filters#

Open Advanced → Advanced Filters drawer:

• Entity Filters — Owner Account (Search by account name or document).
• Date Filters — Created from, Created until, Activated from, Activated until.
• Sort & Pagination — Sort by (Name, Serial Number, Model, Created at, Activation time), Direction (Ascending / Descending), Items per page.

Use Clear filters when the table shows No drones found.

Table columns#

Desktop table columns (mobile card list shows the same fields):

Column	Meaning
Serial Number	Primary identifier.
Product Number	Manufacturer product code.
Model	Aircraft model.
Name	Friendly label in your registry.
Block Status	Blocked, Unblocked, Factory Block, or Owner Block badges.
Active	Operational Active / Inactive.
Actions	View details, Edit drone, Remove drone.

Clicking a row also navigates to detail.

Bulk select#

When you need the same action on several aircraft, use the row checkboxes at the left of the table (or card multi-select on mobile). A bulk action bar appears showing how many drones are selected. Typical batch operations include export for audits and coordinated transfers inside your Network — confirm your role allows the action before submitting.

Permissions#
